I joined Willie at No Limits to support a friend that was looking to lose
weight. I knew I too had weight to lose but my battle with fibromyalgia had made it difficult to do more than light workouts for quite a while.
At 5°3", I weighed 180 pounds. I began working out with Willie the week of Thanksgiving 2018 and barely survived the Thanksgiving morning workout. Willie had to modify workouts in order to meet my fitness level and my ailments. Before long, I was not just losing weight but dropping fat and gaining muscle. I won't lie and say it was easy, but nothing worth it ever is. I trusted Willie and his process. I bought in and am now part of a wonderful No Limits family that supports each other not only during workouts but in everyday life.

Week: Drink at least I gallon of water daily, increase proteins intake to 300gm/daily
Week 2: Reduce carbs and reduce rest time between sets
Week 4: Increase lower body training volume.
Week 8: Increase cardio from 20 minutes a day to 35-45 minutes a day
Week12. Reduce water intake over 5 days to get as ripped as possible for photos.”
